Calling all aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, and anyone else who wants to have fun! To kick off the new year, we're having a contest. So get out your pencil, crayons, or mouse pen and get busy. Below is a (very) rough outline of a t-shirt. But as you can plainly see, it is a bit boring. Now comes the fun part. In the area where it says "Your design goes here!", you need to create a picture, drawing or whatever. Something that makes you think of the Schwiesow reunions and all the fun we have there. Or maybe something that makes you think of all the generations of the Schwiesow family. It doesn't matter what you design, just have fun doing it! There are a couple of helpful suggestions below the t-shirt. Mail your design to Rose and Gene Mathison. All designs will be scanned and posted here on the website. Everyone gets to cast one e-mail vote for their favorite design. The winning design will be printed on t-shirts for the Schwiesow 2002 family reunion. And the prize? You will get your t-shirt free! The t-shirts will be available by pre-order for a very reasonable price (that's why the suggestions below are so helpful). What are you doing still sitting here--get busy! |

Helpful Hints for your T-Shirt design: 1. For cost-control, designs in one color of ink are the least expensive. You may specify what color ink you think would look best; also specify what color t-shirt you think should be used. 2. Try to keep the design from getting too close to the edges of the t-shirt. 3. Very thin lines are more difficult to screen, so try not to use them excessively. 4. Have fun! |
